For testing coolant or windshield washer fluid, a light/dark dividing line is shown on the scale, up to which the temperature in °C(optional in °F) of the coolant or windshield washer fluid is protected against freezing. For testing battery acid, the acid concentration is displayed in kg/l and, in turn, broken down into grades such as recharche/fair/good.
